Turning an unused garage into an office/studio

We had been toying with the idea of creating more space in our garage for some time. Mainly because we both work from home and we didn’t really have a dedicated area to work from.

We approached John at Crystal Windows, who came to see the area and advised us on what we could do – lots of different options that had us pondering for a couple of weeks on what the best way forward was!

We finally decided to keep with the look and feel of the existing villa and had arched French doors and windows put in.

John was with us every step of the way – his builders were phenomenal! They really did go the ‘extra mile’. They completed the build in just one week, their attention to detail was incredible (they even matched the stonework to the bottom of the outside walls where they’d bricked up the original door!)

The whole installation went as smooth as clockwork. They turned up when they said they would, cleaned up every evening, were polite and courteous.

The space we have now is incredible! The Low E glass that John fits as ‘standard’, keeps the office cool in the summer and warm in the winter months. We really are delighted!

We are now fully ensconced in our new office! We have fantastic views of the garden and can work in peace and tranquillity!

I cannot recommend Crystal Windows highly enough! They’ve been great!

The space that it’s given us has not only enhanced our lives, but it has also added value to the property.
