New Conservatory
We have been here for 2 years and 3 months and what became apparent was that, as a traditional Spanish style finca, the rooms in the main house were not big enough to host and serve groups of diners.
We needed to be able to cater for larger groups and the perfect solution was found with Crystal Windows.
We decided to build a conservatory onto the back of the building, which now can seat up to 40 people. It has transformed our business!
The installation was efficient and didn’t cause any disruption to our diners. We are absolutely thrilled with the result. We have light and space, can comfortably fit another 40 diners and in the summer, all the doors in the conservatory open up into the garden. This is fantastic for us, because we also have tables out in the garden in the summer. By opening the doors, we bring the entire space into one.
We have restored the building sympathetically and it was really important that we had this in mind when adding the conservatory. I am pleased to say that it has worked extremely well and has blended into the main building very well indeed.
