Terrace enclosures are a great way to increase the space in your property and to use your terrace all year round. If you are thinking of enclosing your naya or terrace you may find you have various choices available to you.
For example an arched naya could be enclosed with arched doors or sliding doors could be fitted internally.
A patio area can be enclosed by sliding doors, bi-folding doors, glass- curtains or frame-less glass sliders.
At Crystal we are happy to advise our customers on the best solution to suit their own personal requirements and budget.
If you have an outside naya that you can only use in the good weather, consider having it enclosed with either glass curtains, folding doors, or french doors. By enclosing your terrace, you will effectively have another room that can be used all year round. With folding doors, you will essentially have another room to use, whilst enjoying the outside view. With glass curtains, you’ll enjoy an uninterrupted view 365 days a year.
The difference between using glass curtains and folding doors in terrace enclosures are important. Folding doors are robust and double glazed. This means that they are water tight, irrespective of any weather condition.
Glass Curtains are single glazed and although each pane butts up very tightly to each other, they cannot be fully water tight, come the Spanish rainy weather. This is an important consideration when choosing the right product for your terrace enclosures.
