Just quick note to say what a good job your installation team did yesterday They are an asset to your company. Secondly we have been unable to copy any of the new door keys – we have been to all the local locksmiths and all have said the key is a new style in unavailable. We need another 8 keys to cover our family – cleaners and rentals. I am more than happy to pay for them if you could arrange via your manufacturers. Once again many thanks for an excellent job.

Hello, We have just transferred the completion payment. Thanks to all at Crystal and particularly to Ryan for making the whole experience so easy. And, unbelievably neat and tidy. We’ll be in touch about the handle, mozzie screen and code lock nearer to Christmas for when we’re back for a few days in early January. I know about the New Year break so it may be mid February before our diaries match.
